Silene consists of two parts:
Consulting + Development
The Consulting division focuses on transformations and strategic planning. The Development division supports employees and individuals in their education, professional growth, and overall satisfaction.
Everyone in our team strives for genuine change in the participants of our events and projects.
We work to ensure that our clients gain as much as possible for themselves, their habits, and their behaviour. Our events lead to true transformations and change. It’s not about our popularity, but about the well-being of our clients.
We aim to approach human existence and nature with humility, and we dedicate the same effort to all organisations.
Silene (“Silenka”) is a flower that holds deep symbolism for our company. It grows and thrives in all conditions—on rocks, by the shore, in peat bogs, and along the roadside. Its blooms come in many colors, scents, and shapes. Through its root system, it nourishes everything growing around it. Each morning, it stretches its energy towards the sun and opens its flowers. Each evening, it rests and closes them. It is resilient, long-lasting, and has healing properties.

Petr Daňko
Director of Fostra Europea and Fostra Pontia High Schools, Personal and Professional Development Trainer, Coach, Facilitator, and Director of Concept and Strategy at FOSTRA Group
I have been working with people since 1992 and have been actively involved in training for over 20 years. My expertise lies in the areas of management development, communication, and human resources. I specialize in experimental education and consult on corporate culture and communication. During training sessions, I use my educational background and managerial experience to present information in a simple and understandable way. I focus on personal experience and the ability to empathize, which allows me to quickly find common ground with participants. I am an accredited systemic coach and facilitator. Since 2024, I have been leading as the Director of Strategy for the Fostra group and am a member of the Silene team.
Lenka Čápová
Change Management and Project Specialist, Trainer, and Mentor
I am drawn to simplicity and change, especially within the context of team and cross-team collaboration. Identifying what unites us as people and teams comes naturally to me. Ten years ago, I left the world of large corporations where I worked as a program and line manager on both domestic and international projects. Bridging the worlds of different cultures, habits, and values was a great learning experience for me. In 2016, I embarked on my own journey, helping individuals and teams develop their potential and set up collaboration that works and meets strategic goals. Since 2024, I have been doing this as a member of the Silene team.
Jakub Jahn

I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be happy and, surrounded by loved ones, to fully realize their potential. This belief has driven me to intensively study positive psychology and other topics related to the quality of our lives for more than 10 years, so that I can apply these insights myself and convey them clearly to others. After all, we are all works of art.

I like to say that I’m a guy who managed corporations and now pushes innovations. I am a marketing enthusiast, CMO of Knihobot, and a proponent of innovations, especially in the ecological and social fields. I led the digital and transformation team at Vodafone, where I also had the honor of managing marketing. In particular, dealing with Apple, which I brought to the Czech Republic, opened my eyes to the differences between the Western world and ours. I enjoy gardening and am an enthusiastic business consultant for the Silene group.

Since 2009, I have been working as an independent consultant and trainer, and I am a proud methodological guarantor of the Silene group. My clients most often include multinational companies in finance, telecommunications, and IT sectors.
Tereza Kadlecová

I believe that every person holds the answers within themselves — they just need the right space to find them. As a trainer and coach, I create safe and supportive environments where participants can pause, breathe, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I enjoy working with experiential activities, visualisation, emotions, and movement, as I believe that true learning happens through experience. I guide individuals and groups through topics such as leadership, communication, teamwork, feedback, and personal development. One of my favourite areas is training the trainers — I am passionate about helping them enhance their skills and grow into confident facilitators of learning. I lead projects in diversity and inclusion, corporate culture, strategic planning, and transformation for my clients. I am a certified coach, mentor, and primarily a listener. I enjoy dialogue and believe in its power. I founded the Silene group with the belief that boundless kindness is not a handicap and authenticity can thrive.
Václav Jiránek

In practice, I have managed a vast number of projects, ranging from building laboratories according to the U.S. concept to improvement projects for the customer service of telecom giants, and even constructing the first fully robotic warehouse for the largest e-commerce player in our country. Over the past decade, I have worked not only as an interim manager, but also as a trainer, consultant and coach.
My passion for developing people and companies is fueled by the fact that I am an empathetic perfectionist. I hold degrees in economy and project management and I am a Lean Six Sigma Black belt in process engineering. I enjoy investments, dedicate time to repairing strollers in our family business and I am a constant runner.
