With thirty years of experience in leadership and HR, including fourteen years of independent practice, she brings deep expertise and a distinctive perspective. Formerly the highest-ranking woman in the Czech and Slovak construction industry, she founded Silene with a simple conviction: kindness without limits is not a handicap—it is a powerful asset.
