Why does unjust sleep bring soothing forgetfulness to commoners, while the king lies awake at night, growing weak? Setting aside the historical and political context, it could serve as a fitting metaphor for anyone who wears a crown woven of hardships and feels lonely and uprooted from their community. I believe Zuzka Jiránková understands this image deeply. She has the gift of empathetic listening, gently pulling people out of the vicious cycle of their thoughts — and when necessary, she knows how to say firmly: “Go to bed already, you’re getting up in the morning!” Good managerial — or even life — decisions cannot grow from isolation. I have an admiration to Zuzana’s level of professionalism but further more for her high level of resilience, dedication and commitment. Zuzka won the tender for an advisor and coach to define strategic goals and create a strategic plan for the nonprofit organization SANANIM. She led the organization through a very detailed process of refining goals for individual services and facilities, which she then integrated into a strategic plan for the next eight years. She tackled her task with full enthusiasm, first familiarizing herself in detail with the entire organization, its management, and the individual facilities and people within them. She listened carefully as they spoke about their vision and future plans and guided their precise articulation... and in the final phase, she successfully unified everyone into a structured and "living" document that now serves as a compass for the organization's further development. She not only did a great job but also brought fresh energy to an organization that has been successfully helping people recover from addiction for 33 years, and also provided an impulse for the next phase of building and developing the organization. She also remained our good friend :-)

We commissioned a management skills training for several diverse groups at Keboola, where the company culture showcases its uniqueness at every turn and in every interaction with people. For Zuzka and Tomáš from Silene, this meant completely reworking the planned content after the first day, a significant dose of improvisation, and adapting to the client’s wishes and needs—sometimes literally within minutes. Their great professionalism, years of experience, and personal motivation allowed them to respond immediately and deliver the required training in a way that ensured each participant could take away something truly valuable.

I am pleased to write this recommendation. I have known Zuzana for over a year, and our cooperation at Edgewell was both joyful and very beneficial.
